Jacki has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. My partner and I were first-time homebuyers and were relocating from another state. Jacki understood the local market so well, and really explained every piece of the process in depth for us— taking the time to answer all of our questions. My mother has been a real estate lawyer for 20+ years in NYC and has worked with many realtors, but even she was blown away by how great Jacki was— making this process so smooth. Our first, and only offer on our first-choice house was accepted that same day, the sellers agreed to every repair we asked for, and when the appraisal came back very low, despite the sellers holding firm to their asking price, Jacki negotiated the price down, allowing us to close in less than 30 days. First time home buyer and I started the process overseas! Jacki was amazing every step of the way and really took time to explain things to me making sure I understood everything. Her and the whole team of people she works with helped me out every step of the process. Jacki was able to do virtual tours, virtual meetings and was very responsive to texts and emails. I was in town for a few days and she put together a great and productive schedule of home tours. She offered great knowledge of any area and was able to answer 99% of the questions I had. If she couldn’t answer a question she found an answer!
